Over Victorinox
Victorinox, founded in 1884 in Ibach, Switzerland, is world-renowned as the maker of the Swiss Army Knife, and entered the watch market in 1989 with the same philosophy of functionality, durability, and Swiss quality. With Victorinox, you get the craftsmanship of a proud Swiss Made watch, without paying for image or exclusivity.
Victorinox's background as a toolmaker is reflected in every watch, in the emphasis on functionality over ostentation. The Victorinox Air Pro GMT brings this together in a round 43mm silver stainless steel case with a blue dial. Behind the dial is an automatic Sellita movement (calibre SW200-1), providing a power reserve of 38 hours and 26 jewels.
Swimming and snorkelling are no problem at all: the watch is water-resistant to 20 bar. It features a second time zone. Protection is ample: sapphire crystal, a screwed crown and water resistance up to 20 bar. It is worn on a 21mm silicone strap with a folding clasp.
