Over Alpina
Founded in 1883, Alpina is globally renowned for its luxury sport watches, a tradition that began over 140 years ago with the groundbreaking Alpina 4 concept: anti-magnetic, shock-resistant, water-resistant and crafted from stainless steel. Today, all Alpina timepieces are designed and assembled in Geneva, Switzerland, featuring in-house calibres that reflect the highest watchmaking standards — an ideal choice for those who combine quality and adventure.
The 1938 Alpina 4-criteria — anti-magnetic, water-resistant, shock-resistant, and stainless steel — still determine how Alpina builds its watches. The Alpina Alpiner Extreme continues this approach with a round 39 mm silver stainless steel case and a green dial. The movement is a Sellita automatic movement (calibre SW200-1), providing a 38-hour power reserve and 26 jewels.
Its 20 bar water resistance elevates this model far above the level of an average splash-proof watch. Additionally, there is a date display. Protection is ample: sapphire crystal and a screw-down crown. The watch is worn on a 25 mm silicone strap with a buckle.
