Over G-Shock
G-SHOCK is synonymous with ultimate toughness and innovation, with watches designed to withstand the toughest conditions. With advanced features and a rugged design, G-SHOCK watches are ideal for active lifestyles.
G-Shock was founded in 1983 from a single ambition of designer Kikuo Ibe: to create a watch that could survive a 10-meter fall. In the G-Shock OAK Forgotten Future Series, this comes together in an octagonal black 45mm plastic case under a grey dial. It is powered by a Casio quartz movement (calibre 5611). Readability is provided by an analog-digital display.
The 20 bar water resistance elevates this model far above the level of a typical splash-proof watch. Additionally, it features an alarm, chronograph, and date display. Protection is not lacking: mineral glass. The watch is worn on a plastic strap with a buckle. The case height remains within limits at 12 mm.
