Since 1983, G-Shock has stood for shock resistance that is integrated throughout the construction, not as an addition but as a starting point. This model features a round 44 mm silver stainless steel case with a green dial. The movement is a Casio solar movement (calibre 5729). Readability is via an analog-digital display.
Because light powers the movement, the battery never needs to be replaced. Additionally, there is an alarm. Mineral glass, a screwed-down crown, and water resistance up to 20 bar make it resistant to daily use. The watch is worn on a 16 mm plastic strap with a buckle.
