Over G-Shock
G-SHOCK is synonymous with ultimate toughness and innovation, with watches designed to withstand the toughest conditions. With advanced features and a rugged design, G-SHOCK watches are ideal for active lifestyles.
G-Shock was born in 1983 from one ambition of designer Kikuo Ibe: to create a watch that could survive a ten-meter fall. The G-Shock G-Steel Radio Controlled is a men's watch with a round silver plastic case measuring 50 mm and a black dial. It is powered by a Casio solar movement (caliber 5657). The analog-digital display keeps the reading clear.
Thanks to the radio-controlled reception, the watch automatically synchronizes with the atomic clock and is always accurate to the second. It includes an alarm. Protection is ample: mineral glass, a screw-down crown, and water resistance up to 20 bar. It is worn on a 14 mm plastic strap with a buckle. With a case height of 13 mm, it remains comfortable to wear.
