Japanese Citizen has been making watches since 1918 and manufactures almost everything in-house, from movement to case. With the Citizen Tsuyosa, this comes together in a round, 40 mm silver stainless steel case under a green dial. The movement is an automatic Citizen movement, providing a 40-hour power reserve.
As a mechanical watch, it runs entirely on wrist movement, without a battery. It also features a date display. Sapphire crystal, an open case back, and water resistance up to 5 bar make it suitable for daily use. Attached to the wrist is a 22 mm steel bracelet with a folding clasp.
