Spinnaker is a nautical-inspired watch brand, founded in 2013 in the United Kingdom, that has positioned itself as the go-to choice for diving watch and tool watch enthusiasts at accessible prices. Its collections draw inspiration from diving legends and ocean exploration, combined with modern upgrades such as sapphire crystal, Japanese automatic movements, and GMT complications: robust quality for every water adventurer.
Spinnaker takes inspiration from the dive watches of the sixties and seventies, translating them into models with a lot of character for a small price. With the Spinnaker Spence 300, this comes together in a round silver 40mm stainless steel case under a grey dial. It is powered by an automatic Miyota movement (calibre 9015), offering a 42-hour power reserve and 24 jewels.
Swimming and snorkeling are no problem at all: the watch is water resistant up to 30 bar. There is no lack of protection: sapphire crystal, a screwed-down crown, and 30 bar water resistance. It is worn on a 20mm steel bracelet with a folding clasp. With a case height of 11mm, wearing it remains comfortable.
