Orders within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL for €3.95. If your order is over €50, shipping is free. Within the EU, we ship via FedEx for €14.95. If you order before 5 PM, we will ship your order the same day.

Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. You can easily request a return via our customer portal or by sending an email to support@watchmates.nl. You can choose whether to receive a refund or store credit.
